What happened

The station printed on your ticket does not match the station you need. Similar city names and multiple Seoul-area stations can cause this mistake.

Check both the departure and arrival station on the ticket.
Before departure, use the official KORAIL website or app to return the ticket, or ask at a station ticket office.
Book the correct journey after checking the station name and train number.
If the train has already departed, go to a KORAIL station ticket office immediately.

I selected the wrong departure or arrival station. I want to change my ticket.

Match the English and Korean station names before payment.
Check whether your train leaves from Seoul, Yongsan, Cheongnyangni or another station.
Open the ticket once more on the day before travel.
